Do you have an artistic or cultural project that deserves to be seen? Are you looking for collaborators, new contacts, or a space to present your idea? Or would you like to try your hand at organising a larger cultural event?
Brno Culture Forum (BKF) is looking for students of arts and creative disciplines who would like to get involved in preparing the autumn forum.
BKF is an open platform bringing together Brno’s cultural and creative scene, the public, and city representatives. It offers space for sharing experiences, inspiration, networking, and discussion of current topics in culture. The forum is organised twice a year by the Department of Culture of the Brno City Municipality.
This time, young people take the spotlight
The autumn forum will focus on young culture. The organisers do not want to only talk about young artists and creatives, they want to invite them to take part directly in creating the programme.
There are several ways you can get involved:
- Bring your project. Present your work and idea to people from Brno’s cultural scene.
- Find collaborators. Looking for a team, partner, or organisation to help take an existing project further? The forum is a great place to start.
- Join the organising team. Get hands-on experience with organising a cultural event, moderating, photography, or another role in preparing the forum.
The organisers will provide the venue, equipment, sound, promotion, and other organisational support. You bring your idea, experience, or simply the desire to try something new.
When will the forum take place?
The autumn Brno Culture Forum will take place in November 2026. The exact date will be announced later. The event usually takes the form of a one-day programme or a themed afternoon.
